Your satisfaction is important to us

From the very beginning, Jose Silva always stood behind his courses with a simple guarantee: If you are not satisfied, you can have your money back.

We continue that tradition today: If you are not satisfied at any time during the course, at the completion of the course, or even within a few days after the conclusion of the course, simply let your instructor know and ask for a refund.

Some instructors are willing to give refunds long after the course is over, but it would not be fair for the Ecumenical Society to require them to do that, so please check with your instructor (who is an independent contractor) if you want to know how long after the course the guarantee will be honored.

Please note: Some Instructors may have restrictions on their refund policy, so please be sure to ask your instructor for details.

We hope that you will complete the course and try it out before deciding to reject it. Your instructor is there to help you. But the final decision is up to you. Fair enough?

Recordings and Home Study Courses

If you purchase any recordings or home study courses fail to live up to your expectations, we will be glad to replace them or give you a refund. You will need to get the refund from the dealer you purchased the product from.

If any tapes or CD's are defective, we will be happy to replace them. Avlis Publishing has even been known to replace tapes that have been used so much that they are worn out. They figure that if anybody likes the product that much, they deserve a free replacement!

Privacy statement

We will never willfully sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transmit your email address or any other personally identifiable information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission. We will sometimes make your name and address available to people and companies that we have a business relationship with, such as the Ecumenical Society of Psychorientology, Inc.; Avlis Productions Inc.; Silva UltraMind Systems LLC; individual Silva UltraMind Systems Instructors (who are independant contractors); Nightingale-Conant when they ship a home study course to you; etc. If you do not want us to do this, please advise us and we will honor your wishes.

We cannot ensure that all of your personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not described in this Privacy Statement. For example, this site contains links to other web sites, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites.
